Hello, recently this has started showing when trying to connect to http://snappy.camera, please could you advise?

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[', expecting ')' in /home/vs88/public_html/app/loader.php on line 113

Line 113 of said file shows as: Queue:rocess(['type' => 'storage-delete']);

It would appear that my PHP version is 5.3.x and will require an update, thank you.
