Is there somewhere I can see the changes (sometimes made daily) to each version?

I just noticed that every time I downloaded 3.6.6 the file dates are changed.

As it is now, I only upgrade 1 time each month to keep my servers on high availability... often I upgrade to a "stable version" (older) that has been tried and tested...

There are always patches being applied to avoid issues. Those patches aren't officially stated as part of that current release and are pushed for the next release.
