Limitar subida de archivos no mayores de 300K

Buenas tardes, por medio de la configuracion se que se puede limitar la subidas de archivo mayores de 1MB, pero es posible limitar los archivos de 200 ó 300KB?
 
Ah.... Ya ahora entiendo.

MB y KB es la misma cosa: Unidades, de hecho M y K son prefijos de unidades. En este caso deberias usar 0.3 MB que es igual a 300 KB
