Hello,
i have changed my Domain. I have delete the old site and build a new one.
now i need a new license or is the old one active?
i have only one Domain runnig with chevereto.
so is it legal or have i buy a new one

Network license allows you to run multiple installations across all your domains. You don't need to pay extra.
