last question before buying script

My last question before i buy the script.


I've got a 'standard' web hosting.

Here are my features:

When would i need better hosting, or VPS? or what even do i need, im going to use it for a forum that has 2500 members, and the uploader will be public, so many other will probaly use it.. So what do i need to make a normall great hosting service?

i wouldn't recommend you to use a shared hosting if you plan to make a big image hosting. there are affordable VPS provides out there, you should start with that.

All i know is that VPS are so expensive, like over $50 month.. I'm just going to use the hosting for 2500 members, nearly none of them are active LOL, but no.. its not going to be anything huge, mayby max 2000 pictures on a year i think.. even not 2000 lol

not that im aware of.. I just ping my dev site and got 19 ms only, seems to be all right..

not that im aware of.. I just ping my dev site and got 19 ms only, seems to be all right..

FDC, which seems to be that companies provider) is normally fast from here (I'm on 100mbps)...will check with my ISP.
