Issue while uploading multiple images (embed code not coming)

Everything works fine when I upload only single image. But when I upload more than 1 images, when the upload is completed, I only 1 embed code and not for all images

▶ Reproduction steps
  1. Open the website pornbb.xyz
  2. Click upload button and browse to select more than 1 images
  3. Once upload is completed, check the embed codes listed
😢 Unexpected result

Once the upload is completed I get the BB code for only 1 image. Lets if I selcted A.jpg , B.jpg and C.jpg to upload, once the upload is completed, the BB code box is only showing the BB code for C.jpg
However when I check the recent images in dash board, all three images have been uploaded and I can see the corresponding BB codes when I open the image links individually.
