Is the User Receiving my Messages?

Hi,

I just send a user (Piers) a message but I'm getting this warning in the header:

"The message status is 'sent'. It means that the message has not been delivered yet because either the receiver has not visited forum since you sent this message or receiver's Inbox is overfilled. You can still edit this message or cancel its sending."

Is the user receiving this message or not?

That just means that I have not read the PM yet, as far as I know I don't have a limit on my inbox like the rest of the users - I do get around 10-20 PM's per day.
