Is it possible to merge 2 sites to one ?

would like to merge my test sites data to my main site. Is there any possible way to move :

users
users data/images
categories (if not created yet)

to the main site that already has users/data in use as well

Just import the tables and for the recors that already exist (same id) just change the ids

will try. what tables exactly do i need to export in phpmyadmin ? just to be sure
which folders do i need to move for sure ?
