iPad compatibility?

Two users are reporting that they are unable to select pictures to upload when using iPad. I don't have an iPad to test with, so I cannot confirm the issue. It appears to be the same issue both on safari and on chrome on the iPad. Is this a general issue?

The new iOS will include support for file uploads in the browser, sadly that doesn't solve anything here because we use a flash uploader.
