One more info, album are Created from this error but no image moved to this album.

Found this issue, I am getting this error because I am logged out but does not know why I am logged out after image upload?
i just tried this on my beta and i did not recive any error, album was created and images where put into album without a problem.

Here is the steps to follow and test if you get same problem.
step 1: upload like 5 images and once it's done click on create a new album.
step 2: fill out info and click create
if lucky you will get like i got where album is created and pictures are moved into it.
If you get same error then it could server related by executing time is to short
so @Nirjonadda your problem seems to be more related to your php.ini configuration, i would guess execution time is to short or something.

No, I am getting this error because I am logged out after image upload then creating album are giving error.
I am Also aren't able to replicate this problem anymore. So can be ignoring this issues.
