Description of the issue
Hi Rodolfo,
You closed my thread before i could reply to this:

"Problem is that your server misses zip support and regarding the IP block, there's nothing we can do. If they system detects that is because is happening, simple as that."

Yep that makes sense, i had to FTP upload the contents of the "chevereto_3.10.1" folder to get it done, but no IP blocks at all, GoDaddy tech support reassured that, anyway all sorted now.
 
It could be IP+PORT block only, in this case Chevereto needs to connect to the cPanel API. Maybe they just disable that for security reasons. Unfortunately, API keys in cPanel are quite new and it will take some time to become a standard and it will be more reliable in the future.
 
I understand that, cPanel pretty much not involved with manual install for lack of a better term.
