Hello. This error appears during installation (screenshot). Then nothing happens. The license is paid. I am trying to install on Synology NAS, php7.3, mysql, maria db10

That's totally normal, check the installer troubleshoot: https://v3-docs.chevereto.com/setup/installer.html#troubleshoot what happened here is that Chevereto was trying to install the software by submitting the install form, but your server replied with a 504 (basically, it took too long to get the reply).

You could spend hours figuring out why is throwing the error, so I suggest you to go to /install and see if you can continue the process from there. If not, proceed with a manual installation: https://v3-docs.chevereto.com/setup/install.html#install
