Improve search function

Hi,
It is not working as expected.
Example : when I search girl there are few images With girl word is there in description

But it don't show in search results

Results should trigger with image description, image file name, etc
 
The search function uses %LIKE% search and that is inefficient. The search must be changed to FULLTEXT or something similar. I will try to see if I can change it for 3.5.7

Seems to be a conflict with the new .htaccess file, when i upload the old one its fine but the search dosnt work,.
