In order to economize the HDD space, chevereto should check if the selected title already exists in the database, the fields that should be checked are:
Title name;
Date of creation;
Size on disk(xxxx bytes);
If one of those fields are coinciding, then the user should be able to see the thumbnail of the image who coincides with the one the user intents to upload and confirm the image he/she wants upload is not the same.

Recaptcha should be implemented too for the unauthentificated uploaders and also for the one who try to login as admin and introduces a wrong password.
 
reCaptcha and duplicates files will be implemented along with flood control methods.
