Not sure on the issue but tried to update tonight and received the error "Imagick WEBP image type support is not enabled." I am not sure where to look and what for. Some assistance would be nice. What should I be asking the host company to provide? I have a paid license but was not willing to waste a huge amount of time jumping through hoops to create a support request. Is it a file edit I can do through ftp or otherwise?

Meh, nothing in the documentation is correct. Maybe if you have actual access to a server but shared is a no go. Fair enough though It worked until it didn't and i am not out anything past that but won't be doing a renewal for this software. If the update could not function then it should not complete the installation. I do not intend to jump through hoops. I do not intend to abide with unclear documentation. I am not angry at all but this is now one of those things I regret supporting. So it is noted. So it is gone.

I understand your pain, self-hosted Chevereto requires that you consume our docs and follow our system requirements. Perhaps the future changes will be too massive for you? I believe that you shouldn't renew neither keep supporting us.

In any case, you can configure the image library and the supported formats. Did you missed it? Is this something too complicated for?
