Description of the issue
Hello!
Images shake on the main page of Microsoft Edge and IE
 
The image "shakes" because that browser doesn't show CSS animations in the way it should. You can check that webkit based browers and Firefox don't shake at all, that's because MS did a poor job with that browser (again).

Long as we keep using Microsoft's horrible web browsers longer than it takes to make everything standard. I won't even mind in fix this because it is very outrageous that in 2017 we still need to patch MS stuff.

I will look around for a one-liner fix or something, but it is not a priority or an actual problem.
