Images does not show when use external storage BackBlaze

Images does not show when I use external storage BackBlaze, the images display normally if I use local memory.
I came across a similar case on the forum.
He fixed it by changing the status of the BackBlaze photo bucket from private to public. I did but it did not solve my problem.
