Hello, Im just wondering is there any benefits in storing the images in date folders

Or is there no difference between direct and date folder mode

Direct is a shorter url, and easier to remember, and therefore more beneficial for my use. I guess it all depends on user preference.

Oh so it will have no drawbacks using the direct approach other than it would be hard to find images on certain dates?
