image remove from database

hello, i am getting some issue with chevereto 2.2.4

everyday images are being remove from my database automatically, don't know why!!
images are still found in images folder but not in database

when i load the url, i get 404 error

surprisingly, the direct url work but the image does not load in viewer. get 404 error????

any help will be appreciated...
 
Did you make a custom editing? Change the images folder in the config or something?
 
That's weird. The script delete the image from the dB when the image can't be found. The reason for this in terms of failure, could be caused by a error in the disk reading or a misconfiguration in the system paths.
I need a temporal FTP access to test it.

how can i send u the ftp access?
 
I've removed the function from your Chevereto install. If this still happens then is your host the problem.
