Hello, it's possible to add a option for who want to add a new description form for images?...

For example:
The image have: Title /Name Of Album/ Description
In dashboard it could be an option to add a new form like Place... or for my website something like Aircraft/ Airline Name/ Aircraft Registration...

If the suggestion will be rejected, could you explain me how to do it please?

Those are custom fields and there's no method for achieving that at the present time. I will think about it.
