It is not possible to add image tags to an image accessed by a direct link.
That link just shows an image. It doesn't have any HTML that you can edit to add tags.

Thank alexvf. How about this link: http://demo.chevereto.com/?v=6MrqP.jpg I want to be able to add image tags to it, also when someone clicks on the image I want it to load another image in the same window that is stored on the site. Thank you!
