I just updated to 3.6.3, and didn't encounter any problems, looking great!
But when I check my site on various online speed tests (after updating to 3.6.3) I now get this message:

Avoid bad requests
Removing "broken links", or requests that result in 404/410 errors, avoids wasteful requests.

The following requests are returning 404/410 responses. Either fix the broken links, or remove the references to the non-existent resources.

I double checked and the whole Lib folder is updated correctly. I have no manual modifications other than \app\themes\Peafowl\pages
The site appears to be working correctly but I can see a lot of new 404 hits in my weblogs.

I don't really know if it is an error but it's showing up on a couple of online webtests I'm using.

Chevereto doesn't touch your static files. As you may notice the demo serves that file without issues.

After digging into it it turned out to be something very basic. Mime type for .woff = application/x-woff was missing... (running IIS)
Still don't get why it didn't say anything before. Well case closed!
