You can do that in settings/content

Go to dashboard -> Settings -> Content and enable 'Show not safe content in listings' & 'Blur NFSW content in lisintgs'

Actually blur doesn't seems to work in IE browser (Testet with IE10 and 11).

That is a custom theme. There's no default feature to add the same as http://imga.in/image/no7C
