I used sparkpost to set up my mail, and now I can receive other people's registered mail.

But there's a contact page where I don't get any messages when someone sends an email on the contact page.
Why is that?

Try /dashboard/settings/tools

There's an email delivery test. Email could be failing for several reasons, like not working at all or the email get lost due to poor reputation (is a combination of situations).

In any case, the test tool will let you know if the emails are being delivered and if these are being delivered, it will tell you why it doesn't reach the inbox.

Once you get the results let me know what you found and I will be able to assist you further.
