i need an uploading module added

hi, i need a module that i can put below all my chat rooms that users can browse their pics and upload them and the pics will be uploaded to the gallery and they will get links to the pics they can post in the chat rooms, can that be done?? i had 1 before with module links i can add to the webpages. it worked great but my script was deleted for some reason and i forgot the name of it
