I can't find the set album cover in 4.05 version.

Because your doing it wrong. Don't open picture in full screen, open so details under the picture appears such favorite, like and so on. There you have button saying Cover.

To clarify, when using the listing viewer (enabled by default) you will require an extra click as the "album cover" button doesn't exists on the listing viewer. May be added? Let me know in a RFC.
