I can't download Chevereto (and I paid)

Hi,

I just paid a licence with my paypal account then I was redirected to download Chevereto 2.0.16.

But when I clik to download it, a new page opens with "Error 0000"

So, what's the problem ? I paid 30$ and I don't understand why I can't dowload it ?

Please help !
