i brought v3. can i use v3 latest version?

Of course, if you have purchased this, you can use it as long as you like. The current version of v3 is 3.20.20.
But the support for it has been discontinued as you can read here: https://chevereto.com/community/threads/announcing-end-of-support-for-chevereto-v3.14488/

There will certainly be one or the other bugfix for v3 if it finds enough andrang. But as mentioned, the support was discontinued because the main focus is now on version 4.x.
Absolutely not. There won't be more releases of any type (including revisions, patches and hot-fixes) for Chevereto V3.
