http error - upload.php not found

yep m getting http error when uploading images, it was working fine last night but this morning get this error...help please thanks!

turned error_reporting to = true
where can i see the log of the error?im running latest version, the error happens only on local upload and remote uploads works fine. here's the url

both are on the same server, it was fne last night but when i wake up this morning i get the error now

You have deleted the file that handles the upload. Please re upload the file /upload.php

where should i upload that? root folder?

done, and problem solved, host might have moved it to another server as another friend of mind in the same host had the same problem
