Hello.
For information: every time I go from one version to another and from 3.20.18 to 3.20.19 it's the same problem.
Row modification blocks DB update
#RewriteBase /
Users don't have this issue and I'm only affected as an admin.
So each time I put this line:
RewriteBase /
