Where do I upload images to?
Also, just wanted to let you know that the last ticket I sent, I noticed that you replied to however I never got a notification and can you please grant me access to post and reply on the community forum.

I really really need to be able to upload via FTP!

You can upload to local or external storage servers.

Notification will depend on your notification settings, by default, you get subscribed to your own tickets.

I don't know why some users keep insisting on permission issues here in the forum. Maybe you don't see the "Reply" button? Anyway, attached you will find your permissions.
