How to update 2.1 to 2.1.1

Hi..how to update 2.1 to 2.1.1 i checked upgrade page..but i am still confused i have to upload everything except images folder and run update page or only these
Upgrade from 2.1 | Affected files & folders
- includes/chevereto.php
- includes/functions.php
- includes/template.functions.php
- content/themes/Peafowl/uploadify.css
- content/system/js
- content/lang/cs
- admin/content/system/js/admin.js
plz help me..clearly..sorrry i am newbie..
 
If you already have 2.1 installed, simply upload the contents listed above from the "chevereto" folder to your current directory (meaning the affected files above). Make sure you do not overwrite the definitions.php file as it will stuff up your website.

Then find config.php (/includes/config.php) and add;

$config['flood_protection'] = true; // Values: true|false

Anywhere on the page as long as it isn't in the middle of a config value or outside the php tags.

No need to run the update.php as that only is needed from 2.0.x to 2.1.x installations.
