Description of the issue
I back up the script and the database and restore it on the new server. But after entering the URL, I was prompted to install the script.
Does the government provide complete and correct migration steps?

Because the migration failed, my domain name now points to the original server. However, my original server is almost expired these days, I am going to migrate the entire web site to another server. Just the entire site script, my image file is stored in another FTP server, do not need to migrate.

A migration is outside the scope of support as the server is a base requirement.

When migrating, make sure to edit app/settings.php to reflect the your new mysql credentials.

Besides that, we don't provide support for server issues.
