how to make a link in menu?

maby a stupid question, but I need to make a external link in top nav to a forum.
I have searched and try, but have no success so How to do that?

Oke have found after hours of searching all the forums, that I need this to header in themes.
Only have do this now under About section. Now I need to find out how to get this on the navi before upload link. 😉

Oke have found the solution to link only for members, have set this to users profiel section.

Dashboard > Settings > Pages

Create a new external page, point it to the external URL you need.
 
Aha, thanks Rodolfo, that way I had never found. But I have done it in the theme header under profile. Now only members can get to it. 😉
