How to get Gallery working?

Want to get the Gallery thumbnails working, but am getting an error.

I looked on my directory structure in the resources folder and it is empty, there are not other folders or files. These look to be the default from the code? If so where do I find these files? I downloaded again, but do not see them in a new download.

Not sure where to start to fix this?
