3.8 is better , the stupid 3.10 can not install , can not creat the ADMIN ( mysql innodb is OK)
v3.10 is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than v3.8. If you have issues then request support, https://chevereto.com/panel/support no need to use an old outdated software.
