How to change domain for a docker install?

I had a chevereto installation running on a domain last year. That domain is no longer available. I installed using the recommended docker scripts in the documentation.
How do I keep this instance running, but just change the domain to something different? I was wondering if I can run through the steps of e.g.:
make env
make deploy etc

Hello,

Down the container (make down) then edit ./namespace/<your namespace> to match your new hostname.

On make up-d it will use the new domain name.
