How does CDN with external hosting work?

I am using BackBlaze as external hosting. I have also enabled CDN and added the domain https://something.stackpathcdn.com/ as CDN URL.

StackPath analytics tells me its caching something (I have no idea what).

But when I check via Chrome Inspect. I see its pulling photos from BackBlaze URL and nothing from StackPath shows up.

So I am confused as to what is StackPath caching. Origin pull for Stackpath is https://mydomain.com

Should I point origin pull of stackpath to https://f002.backblazeb2.com/file/my-bucket/ ??

Many thanks in advance.

Many thanks Rodolfo.

For newbies like. Here is what I have in setup and it works for me.

In the External Services> CDN. I have put https://someid.stackpathcdn.com/

Then I have mapped Backblaze bucket to Chevereto External Storage and in the URL section, I have added https://someid.stackpathcdn.com/

In stackpath control panel. I have added https://f002.backblazeb2.com/file/my-bucket/ as the pull origin.

I checked in Chrome inspect and I can see pictures are mapped as https://someid.stackpathcdn.com/file/my-bucket/

My bucket on Backblaze is set as public.

Hope this helps someone.

Cheers
