Host not running well

i have these 2 error logs on http://www.xxximagetpb.org/ it barely running really slow and 503 error ,i not good with this stuff any ideas how to fix ,2 other hosts on server running fine no issues ,only this one

im hiring a coder ,but one thing they have noticed is a lot of these connections and wasnt sure what they were There is a lot of such queries: UPDATE `chv_stats` SET stat_image_views = stat_image_views + 1 WHERE stat_type = "total"

can u tell me what its for ?
