I am having an issue with my homepage photo, which is automatically displaying the default photo that comes with the system. I have uploaded other photos to the homepage and they save successfully but when I refresh the browser it disappears and can no longer be found in the admin panel. I have also deleted the default homepage photo from the admin dashboard but it keeps coming back.

System shows the default image when there's no cover image editing:

To investigate why it is causing what you describe you need to provide me with more details or give me access to your system (admin/server).

I just tried to upload a photo again. I saved it and deleted the default photo from admin dashboard. I see the changes take affect. Then when I refresh the browser I see the default photo again and the photo I uploaded disappears.
Can I email you my login info? Please let me know if you need admin login or FTP info.

Thanks

Problem was outdated theme view. I suggest you to always update the theme folder.

Most likely David the Gnome did it. Very sneaky little creature, sometimes he rides a brown fox.
