Hello!

What do you think about a system that saves the image list for the no registered users thanks to the ip address and/or cookies ? In this way they can retrieve their images, withouth registration

Thank you

No registered users on signup gets all their previous uploads linked to their new account. I don't see the point in give guest "more" if they don't signup.

I agree with you, but some of my users use Sharex or other, and they can't retrieve their images. It's maybe a solution pending the new API ?
Thank you

I've mentioned several times that the current API is 1) Barely secure and 2) Should be used only for private/personal needs. That said, API is one thing while grant guest benefits is a totally different thing. I won't add this, I don't feel confortable encouraging the use of the current API for public/massive image uploading.

I am actually very much looking forward to getting the option to have api uploads based on username and personal api key... Do you have any sort of version time line you're planning to do something to this effect? I know we're pretty much done with major modifications for the 3X family.

I want to do it asap but I always have to do extra stuff that delays everything.
