Help me about apache !!

Hi all !!! :| :| :|

I am using cheverto in one 1 dedicated server with Windows Server 2008- Apache 2.19 , PHP 5.3. , MYSQL 5.5 ( with core i7 , 8gRam , 1 TB HDD ...) , and i use 2 fiber with 100Mbps down/UP ( my converter are Vigor 2920 with loadbalace ) . And ofcourse , i was use Round Robin DNS for my domain with 2 static IP . And My images was uploaded in my site just about 200k pic

But .... I have a serious problem . Very serious !!

Time Before , my server so fast ( up and down image ,....etc...) . But about 1 week ago from now . Suddenly , My server is VERY VERY slowly .Almost client cannot access my web . It must be use 3-5minute to load homepage ( and usually can not access) But i don't know why ( i 'm sure is not DDOS )

I think problems are from Apache with to much request . But i don't know why and how to fix it

Who have good httpd.conf , or know the way to hepl me , PLS . Or , someone can show me how to make nginx ( reserver proxy ... ). work with apache ( i know it on Google ) in Windows Server 2008 RC 2 .

Pls help me . And i will pay ( 100% ) for who can help to save my site !!

I posted that for those who don't know how to setup a web server using linux based OS. You can ask sp3ctr3, he's the first person who I have that service to and it was for free since he bought my user system mod.
 
After Ask Mr Google and Mrs Bing . All problem was fixed .

I use Nginx make a reserver proxy and apache is backend . All Problem was fix . If you use Nginx , have small problem with rewrite rules , but it so easy to fix. All complete
