Guest upload (delete links/private upload)

Hello,

About the guest upload, i see 3 2 feature missing (or it's me who don't know how to find them) :

- The guest don't receive link to delete the picture as on the previous version
- Could be great for the guest to choose private/public upload (public in default) i didn't see the tiny lock 🙂
- I would like an option into admin part to enable/disable force upload mode (public/private) for the guest upload.

Private upload is a feature exclusive to registered accounts. I think that it should keep in that way to encourage account registration.
