You have cheaper options to protect yourself from hotlinking and to be honest, I hate those "click here for full resolution". I'm not sure, if someone else think that this will be a nice addon please let me know.

This could remove the images from image search itself (not verified though) and decrease the search visitors, worth a try but not the risk we take in my opinion.
