The problem with 'Unlimited' hosting is that it is not. Somewhere in their terms and conditions it will mention fair usage etc. It is fine for a small site, maybe a wordpress install or similar, but something like Chevereto needs more ram and cpu usage. It also depends how busy your site is.

I could easily offer 'Unlimited' hosting as well, but I always hated it when I bought that sort of stuff in the future and believe that it's best to be honest up front and not force my customers to go routing through terms and conditions.

They say to you "unlimited" but they always put a very low limit on the conquerys so you can not really make use of it.

Best to get a small VPS or shared hosting from a higher quality host that does not "oversell" their servers and gives you more resource usage.

as tonemapped said, you can get a pretty good VPS for that amount of money PLUS you will have complete control over your apache server and all the other stuff, which you can't by using a shared hosting plan.
