GIF auto load settings on Explore and Album page

Description of the issue
I can see settings for GIF image to load automatically if its below a given size, but this applies for only image page I guess. I have seen some small GIF images load in Explore page, but most of them don't. Please let me know where this is specified.
 
Gif load is for single image viewing, not listings. In the future please use this section for actual script issues.
