Getting cropped images

Hi!
I bought your imagehost script, but i have a big problem with it.
When upload some picture, use thumbnail + link option and post this link to some forum, getting cropped images!!
An example:

I changed all possible resolutions in the config, but nothing has changed.
What to do? Please answer me ASAP.

URL is: imageontime.com
Upload usually some screenshot from video files.
When upload screenshot use Thumbnail + link and put it on a some forum.
But, as you can see this screenshot is cropped.
On all forums i get cropped thumbnail 🙁

Also if i choose specific resolution when upload a photo, i want to get the thumbnail + link with same resolution i have chosen, as with all other image hosters.
Not like now where i have a fixed resolution for thumbnail + link.
Is it possible?
If not i a possible a will return you your script.

Now i find this and i can not believe:

Really does not make sense as this is nowhere mentioned!!!!!
Don't want to wait a new version.

I don't need your script with this omission.
I want my money back ASAP, you cheated on me😡
Waiting for reply!!!!!

The problem here is that this is not a problem, is how the script works and you can see that the demo works in the same way. I'm sorry you don't want to wait for the new version but that is the way it works. I can give you instructions to make thumbs not crop the image if that makes you happy.
