General size for resizing in the upload function

Our image hosting is only used by the members of our forum in order to insert photos into their posts and our members normally upload large quantities of photos in one batch.

Therefore, it would be very practical if it was possible to select a general size for the uploaded photos in the user profile or to make it possible that the administrator could enter a general format to which all uploaded photos get resized.

This would make it much easier to upload photos for our users if those photos automatically get resized to the correct format.
