FTP storage connection log

🎯Description of the issue

I've tried to add ftp storage (connect by FTP to custom cloud storage of my hosting provider) and I see the log below:

📃Error log message

Can't insert storage. Error: Can't upload 'Chevereto_test_2018-11-09_12h55m27s.png' in CHV\Ftp:ut - check your input parameters

Is it possible to see more detailed log of this connection? For sure I've tried $settings['debug_level'] = 3; but id doesn't help

Check your server error log, take note that the FTP log is not always thrown by your FTP server.
