Front page missing random pictures

I noticed that some Chevereto sites are getting this nice random pictures showing on their front page. How is this done? I'm using latest version.

Go to Dashboard / Settings / Theme
Then locate 'Home User ID'
Any images uploaded by that USER ID will be displayed on the homepage.
Change the USER ID to blank or zero and it will display recent images.

Specific User ID's can be found on user profiles.
